Bypasser:  A bypasser is a person that inserts symbols inbetween swear words to pass through the language sensors of the forum.

Spamming:  Spam messages are disruptive off-topic messages that people post that may advertise something, hold a virus, annoy someone, or to get attention.

Why I want to moderate this forum:  I believe that one day this forum will have lots of members.  And, some of those people are always bad.  They try all that they can to break the rules.  I want to prevent that and make sure that this forum is safe, from the very beginning.

About Moderators:
Moderaters help protect websites, such as forums.  They make sure that all bad things that are unacceptable have been reported, and they make sure that the website remains secure.  Depending on the website and the privleges of the moderator, the moderator may or may not be able to ban a member because of their actions. 

Moderators are very responsible.  They have such huge responsibilities to fullfil.  They have to monitor the entire website and make sure that bad/innapropriate people or postings are reported, no matter what.  Even if the person is their friend, they do what is right.  They devote lots of time their job, and they never slack off on it.  They are always loyal and dependable, and they work hard.

Sometimes, good moderators are hard to find.  But, that doesn't mean that it is impossible.  It is better to have 2 good moderators than 20 or even 200 bad moderators.  They may even report posts that aren't bad.  They might just do it because they don't like the person.

But, the good ones are out there, and we're out to find them.

I believe that I am worthy of being a moderator because I am responsible, loyal, honest, and dependable.
